A building idea

This is just an idea but what if we had like a building game on the server. Like an arena or something like that where players would claim (plots would also work as a simple idea) and build according to the month or weeks theme. If one is good you could ask the person to join the build team or maybe give them something such as the host job. This job will give you power to pick the theme, choose the winner ( a prize could be given if this is picked for the server such as 5 golden apples or something), and request builders. I think that this should be tried to become worked out because its an easy and fun thing for people to do in free time while also giving you ideas for builders or staff. This can be changed to how ever need to fit the server if applied.
